There are currently 68 days until the debut of A Monarch’s Tale: The Journey of a Decade and the team at Luly Yang Couture is in the process of designing a show that celebrates ten years of spectacular fashion design. As we get closer to the show date (April 27th) I will be taking you behind the scenes and sharing the production details that very few get to see. From conceptualizing the hair and make up to selecting the fabrics for each gown, every single step is important in order to create a spectacular Luly Yang fashion show.

The wonders of the ocean were the inspirations for Luly’s Ocean collection back in 2010, so it seemed only fitting to invite mermaids to the fashion show at the Seattle Aquarium.
